Logics Notify
As a key component of our Interactive Voice Response System (IVR) solution set, this service provides the ability to send outbound audio messages and notifications to your customers.
So how would you use it?
- In an emergency, you will be able to quickly notify all or just a select group of customers through a recorded message announcement for situations such as the need to boil water or a temporary service outage in specifically identified areas.
- You can notify individual customers of a delinquent balance on their account that could be subject to disconnection.
- You can use this messaging capability to notify your customers of their potential excessive service usage that could identify a possible water leak or some other malfunction.
Any custom message can be developed and sent to a specified group of customers or to your entire customer base.
